Reservation
Reservation should be made more days in advance and confirmed subject to the seat and room availability.
Payments
All price quoted per person in US$ but can be paid in IDR (Rupiah) based on current exchange rates.
Unless previously agreed otherwise full payment of services should be made before the arrival of client(s). All payments should be carried out either through bank-to-bank transfer or bank draft to:

Participant
Minimum 2 (two) person is required to join in the tour. Children will be charged 50% from adult price.
Cancellations
For cancellations of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee according to the case incurred will be charged.
Refunds
No refund for unused service after tour comments
Liability
PT. Puri-The Prestigious Tours & Travel acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, all transport operators and other contractors providing the services, and therefore PT. Puri-The Prestigious Tours & Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourist, including those occurring outside the tour programs. Additional incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disasters, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourist.
